AI functionality added to create a comprehensive view of risk in one dashboard
Overview
Regional bank wanted a solution to inform clients who didn’t qualify for a personal risk assessor assigned to their account of their risks. Their initial concept was just a risk-assessment chatbot.
Challenges
- UI for AI interactions is not broadly researched, so it was a challenge to by-pass the typical interaction with the chatbot which always scores poorly.
Solutions
Expanding on the knowledge of poor interactions with chatbots, we sought to design a comprehensive AI dashboard based on a RAG model using the banks’ customer data to pre-populate a real-time risk report. The risk report also populated easy deeper-dive prompts to trigger the chatbot in order to create deeper engagement and show value through information quickly
